Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases are currently on the rise across the United States. Please wear a mask in public spaces and around people you don’t live with. Further, we recommend that individuals stay 6 feet apart, avoid crowds, and wash their hands regularly.

We are unable to respond to emergency needs. If you have a medical emergency, call 9-1-1 immediately.

How do I protect myself from COVID-19?

• Wear a mask in public spaces and when you’re around people you don’t live with.
• Maintain a physical distance of at least 6 feet from others and avoid crowds.
• Wash your hands (with soap) frequently.
• Get vaccinated when it is available to you.

What do I do if I am sick?

From the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention:

If you have a fever, cough or other symptoms, you might have COVID-19. Most people have mild illness and are able to recover at home. If you think you may have been exposed to COVID-19, contact your healthcare provider.

  • Keep track of your symptoms.
  • If you have an emergency warning sign (including trouble breathing), get emergency medical care immediately.

 

If you are sick with COVID-19 or think you might have the virus, follow these steps to care for yourself and to protect other people around you:

  • Stay home except to get medical care
  • Separate yourself from other people (and pets)
  • Monitor your symptoms
  • Call ahead before visiting healthcare provider
  • Wear a mask over nose and mouth
  • Wash hands often
  • Cover your coughs and sneezes
  • Avoid sharing personal household items
  • Clean all high-touch surfaces every day
