Project Home Again I

Project Home Again I is a permanent supportive housing program in the Lafayette area for chemically dependent homeless individuals who may or may not have a dual diagnosis of substance abuse and mental illness, who have completed a transitional housing component and who are drug-free. Individuals are provided scattered site permanent supported housing, utility deposits, furnishings, case management, substance abuse and mental health counseling, and transportation. This project has a normal capacity of ten clients and sixteen beds.
