Project Home Again I

PHA I is permanent supportive housing for people who are chemically dependent and homeless, and who may also have mental illness diagnoses. They must have completed a transitional housing component and be drug-free. Participants are in scattered site permanent supported housing and CARES pays for utility deposits, furnishings, case management, substance abuse and mental health counseling, and transportation.
