Project Home Again II

PHA II is permanent supportive housing for homeless people living with HIV/AIDS where clients live as independently as possible in a permanent setting. PHA II provides scattered site permanent supportive housing and an 8 bed permanent supportive housing facility. PHA II also provides an emergency bed while arranging permanent placement. Clients are provided with transitional living services, furnishings in the residential facility, case management, substance abuse and mental health counseling, and transportation.
