Project Home Again II

Project Home Again II provides permanent supportive housing to homeless persons with HIV/AIDS. This program allows the clients to live as independently as possible in a permanent setting. PHA II provides scattered site permanent supportive housing and operates an eight bed permanent supportive housing facility in the Lafayette area. It also has an additional emergency bed to uses as a client permanent placement is being decided. Clients are also provided with transitional living services, furnishings in the residential facility, case management, substance abuse and mental health counseling, and transportation. This program has a normal capacity of 23 clients and 31 beds.
