Hope House

Hope House is a 12 bed, long-term facility with immediate access to CARES case managers and the services to which they refer to facilitate stable, independent living for people living with HIV/AIDS. Hope House provides permanent supportive housing for people living with HIV/AIDS that meet HUD’s definition of homeless: Someone who lacks a fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residence or who has a primary nighttime residence that is a supervised publicly or privately operated shelter designed to provide temporary living accommodations, an institution that provides a temporary residence for individuals intended to be institutionalized, or a place not designed for, or ordinarily used as, a regular sleeping accommodation for human beings.
