Mainstream Case Management Services

Mainstream Services provides mainstream case management to 60 homeless individuals. Once identified as a homeless individual, case managers work with clients to increase their eligibility for mainstream resources such as SSI, SSDI, Food Stamps, VA Services, and WIA. Case managers assist in the application process, arranging transportation to appointments, and follow-up with the application processors to ensure that all necessary information has been received.
