Mainstream Case Management Services

Mainstream Services is case management for homeless individuals. Once someone is identified as homeless, case managers work with them to identify resources for which they are eligible such as SSI, SSDI, Food Stamps, VA Services, and Workforce Investment Act programs. Case managers help prepare applications, arrange transportation to appointments, and follow-up with application processors to ensure that all necessary information has been received.
