Recognizing that addressing substance abuse is a vital component of our central mission; AcadianaCares developed Seasons of Serenity (SOS), a network of residential, outpatient, and sober living recovery programs. Clients in SOS transition from dependency to self-sufficiency, through structured phases, in a safe and caring environment that is free from discrimination.

Funded, in part, by the Louisiana Office of Addictive Disorders, Medicaid, and income generated from private insurances and other sources, Seasons of Serenity recovery services are available to anyone meeting our treatment eligibility and program guidelines, regardless of their ability to pay.

Residential Recovery

Seasons of Serenity - AcadianaCares’ 36-bed substance abuse treatment facility offers primary and secondary programs designed to provide the most comprehensive and effective treatment possible.

Horticulture Therapy

This evidence-based group promotes health, self-esteem, self-efficacy, and a sense of community and purpose.

Intensive Outpatient Program

AcadianaCares provides Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment services for chemically dependent adults. IOP allows participants to continue their professional careers while receiving the treatment necessary for a productive, addiction-free life.
